Bianka Ismailovski & Chris Demos

About the artist

Bianka Ismailovski is a Melbourne-based standup comedian known for her outrageous storytelling, sass, wit and charm, now on her fourth solo show. She mixes razor-sharp stand-up with unqualified (yet often helpful) wisdom, helping audiences gain the occasional emotional breakthrough.

Chris Demos is a former RAW Comedy Victorian State Finalist and mainstay of the Australian comedy scene, known for his keen observational humour and magnetic stage presence. He is performing in his fourth Melbourne International Comedy Festival following sell-out runs in 2022, 2024 and 2025.

About the project

How Humdinger supported the project

The Bad Bitch Hotline is an advice column brought to life, where one host is a (very nearly!) accredited life coach who can actually impart wisdom to the masses, and the other is a sassy gay guy who actually IS just there to laugh at your misery. A chance to finally offer entertainment AND helpful advice, especially for underrepresented groups.

Humdinger provided Bianka Ismailovski and Chris Demos with access to its Melbourne video studio through Comedy Lab. Before filming, the team met with Bianka and Chris to discuss the show's visual direction and how the studio could be adjusted to suit the format.

The production advice covered layout, seating, camera framing, lighting, backgrounds and set dressing. Humdinger also outlined the studio's included facilities and optional production add-ons, while Bianka and Chris retained control of the show's tone and creative direction.
